The traditional vibration instrument is based on the contact type piezoelectric sensor to convert the vibration signal into electrical signal,and then through the analysis and processing of electrical signals to get the vibration of the acceleration,speed,displacement value.With the rapid development of industry,the measurement method,measurement accuracy and measurement speed requirements are constantly changing,the traditional contact measurement in some cases cannot meet the needs of the industrial sector.The method is based on the one-dimensional PSD position sensor laser triangulation measurement principle,through the vibration point displacement triangular relationship change,and then through the photoelectric conversion circuit to convert the position signal into electrical signal response,and then converted into electrical signals into digital signals,which can be reflected in the remote real-time vibration point vibration response.Based on one-dimensional PSD position sensor laser triangulation in the field of non-contact optical measurement is of great significance.Aiming at the problems such as low accuracy,poor measurement and slow measurement speed,a one-dimensional PSD displacement sensor is used to design a laser triangular vibration measurement circuit.Laser triangulation vibration measurement technology is a non-contact detection technology,especially for long-distance detection of the material surface.Therefore,the main works of this paper are:1.Vibration measurement techniques have been studied in development status at home and abroad,on the basis of summary found deficiencies of the prior art,in order to establish research projects and research objectives topic.2.The conversion circuit is designed by the purpose of the position signal to the digital signal conversion,and the experimental circuit is experimentally simulated based on the Proteus microcontroller software to determine the overall design of the circuit.The overall conversion circuit includes current and voltage conversion circuit,signal amplification circuit and addition and subtraction analog circuit.3.The experimental simulation is carried out by using Multisim12.0 software,and the experimental circuit is simulated and simulated according to the reflection principle of laser triangular displacement signal,using the sine wave signal input to obtain the sine wave of this experimental results verify the correctness of the experimental circuit and feasibility.According to the principle of the position sensor and the characteristic curve of the sensor,the performance simulation of the three conversion circuits is simulated and the purpose of measuring the vibration signal is completed.Experiments show that the triangular vibration measurement method circuit can be applied to vibration measurement in most cases,and the precision is high,the speed is quick,the measurement is convenient and the cost is low.4.Designed and built laser triangulation measurement system and a signal converting vibration transmission system,laser triangulation measurement system includes a laser emitting source of vibration,a convex lens,a position sensor conversion circuit.Signal conversion transmission part of the main use of STM32F4 development platform to achieve analog signal to digital signal conversion.Simulation experiments show that the use of PSD position sensor for vibration measurement of the circuit can restore the vibration of the object,with high measurement accuracy and accuracy.And remote real-time transmission,vibration can be monitored in real time.
