It's a problem desiderating solution for power industry, energy industry, aviation andshipping to real-time measure the high-speed rotating blade vibration. Theconventional contacting measurement technique is difficult to measure the vibrationof all blades in one stage at the same time. So foreign scholars have being applyingthem to research a new non-contact measurement technique using blade tip-timing.This dissertation researches the non-contact blade vibration measurement techniqueaccording to the requirement of a national defense pre-reasearch project "The researchof non-contact measurement technique of rotating blade vibration" sponsored byMinistry of General Equipment of PLA (HC202-1502-01-02). A high accuracysystem of vibration measurement on rotational blade has been developed in thisdissertation including tip-timing sensors, rev-synchronization sensors and dynamicsimulant experimental set. The feasibility of the vibration measurement on turbinehigh speed rotational blade by the system is validated by means of making theexperimental analysis of sensors and data. The main work included in the dissertationare shown as follows:1. Designing the tip-timing sensors based on optical fiber bundles ,as well as making the static and dynamic experimental analysis on them to validate the feasibility of the sensors as the core part of the whole system;2. Designing the rev-synchronization sensors based on magnetoelectricity. The sensor can work normally and provide the valid rev-synchronous signals in dynamic and spot experiments;3. Developing a data samping software to make debugging circuit and samping data easier in order to assure data disposing and analyzing subsequently;4. Developing a set of simulant experiment for validating the principle of the sensors and optic-electronic receiving circuit, and then the design is optimized.5. Bringing forward a feasible synchronous and asynchronous vibration arithmetic for analyzing the vibration data of blades including the separation of synchronous and asynchronous signals. What's more the synchronous vibration signals of blade is captured in spot experiment. It can pave the way to realize the real-time examining .
