Network optimization is required to make sure that the quality of service of entire mobile network, which needs constant observation and survey so that it can identify problems and then deal with them. It can improve the quality of mobile networks such as increasing the connection rate, improving the invoice quality and reducing the call drop rate, etc. The analysis and design of this system is to analyze network data synthetically through the electronic information technology support of various components of the network so that the efficiency and quality of network optimization can be enhanced dramatically.We discussed in this article to mainly summarize the complaints related to the work of network optimization, and then deeply dig the process of network optimization. Moreover, it also explores some analysis functions of network optimization for practical work. And so we believe a highly efficient platform can be best designed, which integrates mobile information function, network optimization working procedure and analysis functions of network optimization to combine the working procedure with functions of network optimization so as to improve the working efficiency of network optimization. Meanwhile, the network optimization data is administered in a unified database system so that the network data can finally be shared and presented for the engineering department, the customer service and the mobile branch company according to their needs.The system is developed basic on Microsoft’s Net framework and it also uses the B/A/S (Browser/ Application layer/Service layer) framework to broaden the use of such process. Because there is large number of process business, the logic implementation of such business can be developed through BW-Flogic workflow platform. With the graphical process tool, provided by BW-FLOGIC, we can describe the various business rules and IT infrastructure as a hierarchical component combination, which will bring great convenience for components’reuse and flexible adjustment of business rules. In order to gain a comprehensive analysis of network optimization data, we divided the data analysis into two parts:Basic data query service and basic analysis services for achieving comprehensive query and analysis of network optimization data. The analysis system of network complaints information is combined with Google Earth maps and geography coverage, providing a defined and integrated presentation for the second generation base stations, the third generations of base stations, repeaters and WLAN’s working state of network.The development of network optimization information analysis system is for electronic workflow of network optimization. In addition, it can also administer the network base information efficiently, facilitate the statistical information better and give an effective presentation of information, too. What’s more, it can provide some useful tools for highly efficient operation of network and realizing WEB-based electronic maps, which greatly advance efficiency and quality in network optimization analysis.
