With the vigorous development of China's national economy with Chinese characteristics and the socialist market economic system, the rapid improvement of all sectors are actively using modern means, Tengzhou cigarette factory is improving the quality of management, seeking to improve work efficiency to modernize managing change. Business management modernization is widely used in business management systems theory, cybernetics and information theory such as the edge of science, using the computer as the core management tools, and establishing large-scale socialized production requirements of the management organization, so that today's business management activities achieve the level of modernization, which in large part to the increasing challenges put forward by enterprises, the enterprise system in the enterprise management level and service have put forward higher requirements on. Building a scientific and highly efficient equipment and process management system is the only way to solve this problem.Tengzhou Cigarette Factory has been using traditional manual methods to manage the equipment and techniques, this management approach, there are many shortcomings, such as:low efficiency, poor security, the other over time, will produce a large number of files and data, making the find, updating and maintenance have brought a lot of difficulties. Good management system and process equipment provide adequate information and fast query tool for the cigarette factory, and it becomes an indispensable part and essential for business decision-makers and managers. Equipment and technology system is to combine the actual situation of cigarette factory, makes full use of information technology tools to enhance business management, improving employee productivity and management level.This paper describes the Tengzhou cigarette factory equipment and process management system requirements, design, implementation process, first it has a Tengzhou research needs to Tengzhou cigarette factory needs, the demand for sub-sectors determines the equipment and process management system functional requirements and non-functional demand, and then is used to class diagrams and timing diagrams for each functional module of the detailed design of the system using J2EE multi-tier architecture, B/S development model for development, using the Java language, using Struts Hiberninate technology and JSP technology, using MySQL as the backend data support the use of MVC development model for multi-tier architecture design and development of powerful equipment and process systems. The final system achieves a device management, process management, energy management, team management, basic equipment, information management, user and rights management features such as six large, more comprehensive implementation of the cigarette factory needs, and finally gives the realization of the various functional modules and shows part of the code.Currently, the system has been normal use, various functions achieve the desired effect, and the basic operation of the system meets the needs of users, the practice shows that the system can indeed improve equipment management and process automation to improve office efficiency and process reliability, reduce equipment staff labor intensity and reduce the consumption of office resources. Good interface design specifications, but also enhance the company's image.
