The high and low temperature test chamber is suitable for testing the adaptability and reliability industrial products and their materials under the environmental conditions of high temperature,low temperature(alternating).It plays an extremely important role in product design,improvement,identification,inspection and so on.And the control system is the core part of the high-low temperature test chamber.It determines some important indicators of the test chambers,such as temperature fluctuation,temperature deviation and temperature change rate.At the same time,it is related to the quality of temperature test and the convenience of equipment operation.The temperature control technology of Non-standard high-low temperature test chamber is studied as the object of research in this paper.Aiming at the phenomenon of obvious overshoot,slow time and poor stability in the conventional PID control,the PID control algorithm based on RBF neural network is applied to the temperature control of the test case.The improved PSO algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of neural network.The next,the MATLAB simulation is used to verify the feasibility of the algorithm and control effect.The software framework of the monitoring system is determined after analyzing the control system of the test box.The slave computer(PLC)application is designed to achieve data acquisition,temperature and humidity control and alarm protection.Development of PC monitoring software is based on Lab VIEW platform.It is made up of the main function module and the database management module.They are combined to achieve user management,equipment status display,parameter settings,equipment control,historical curve reports,extra functions and alarm tips.And the PC and PLC all joined communication through the LAN based on Modbus-TCP protocols.At last,the research content and achievements was summarized and then the deficiencies of the study and research perspectives for next stage are pointed out.
