In the context of restructuring of the telecommunications industry and era of competition in all telecommunications business,the controls of the marketing channel ends become the focus of carriers marketing competition, the ends of the channel can be effective management or not, has been related to changes in business market share and rapid development of business. Traditional kind of channel management can’t meet the needs of rapid growth of the channels’number and increasingly complex channels’management-functions, channel ends management platform constructed by means of information, strengthen and perfect own information management system construction has become the most urgent task China’s telecommunications operators must be.By the description of china Unicorm’s existing channel management system development and the target of the overall-channel management system, this simply introduced the background, reason and ultimate goal of ends channel management system construction. From the technical architecture and frame like JAVAEE、Struts、Spring and Hibernate, functional requirements(the demand of the main modules) and non-functional requirements(the demand of software and hardware in hosted development system) have analyzed clearly, and system function design framework also have described, by the description of the business functional requirements, the major functional blocks and business process between business function points have been detailed devise in the channel ends management system, at the same time simple database design gives also, design and implementation in the development process have given an example by technical architecture and frame.The ends channel management system initially solve Shanghai Unicom social channel’s current situation as quite different policy, too many middle-level and lack of control means, refinement to achieve the goal of channel management has taken an important step, while closing the channel with the competitors in the regulatory gaps, reach the purpose of channel marketing management centralized, channel level flat, channel process standardization.
