It becomes a major shopping and entertainment platform people get information and communicate. As the network services have advantages other service delivery cannot compare, such as convenient and low tariffs, the development on electronic insurance service for young consumer groups’convenience will certainly further enhance customer service satisfaction, and explore the potential of high-end customers. It may improve insurance sales efficiency.E-services platform (referred to as E-service or E-platform) is interactive electronic services platform provided by insurance company’s customers and sales team. Different from the traditional model of insurance marketing, E-service is a technology innovation of marketing services. E-services platform provides two-way interaction, self-service and other services. It provides rapid marketing support, convenient customer service and controlled personalized plug-ins based on seamless information system. It reduces the counter pressure and operating costs effectively. It has a far-reaching impact to insurance company on improving industry competitiveness and service capabilities.This paper based on an insurance company’s actual business needs of specific projects and the author’s own practice. It elaborates the background of E-service platform and the need of proposing E-service platform design and development methods---variety of electronic services business model based on customers’needs. It designed SOA-based platform for electronic system architecture and functional components, and achieved platformization development by using USE-GAP application development platform. This system functions successfully in the practical application. |
