Design And Implementation Of Henan Insurance Service Platform For Consumers' Rights And Interests

The protection of insurance consumers' rights and interests is an important part of insurance associations' daily work,which involves the utilization of each insurance consumer and each insurance company's information.The development of consumer protection platform which provides a good method to connect consumers and companies is benefit to improve the service quality and strengthen the insurance industry's foundation.This paper presented the design of the insurance consumer protection platform which in the purpose of the Insurance Association of Henan province(IAH)safeguarding the rights and interests of insurance consumers.In the development process,the researcher investigates the actual processing situation of the IAH in insurance customer complaint handling,analysis the actual needs of the consumer protection platform,and divides the users of the platform into several participants according to the different roles in the IAH's management.Firstly,the researcher analyzed the function demand of each participant in the platform and the use case model in use of use case diagrams.Secondly,the researcher discussed the implementation of the insurance consumer protection process by using system flow chart.Thirdly,by analyzing the platform's functions,the researcher divided the platform into a plurality of functional modules.Then,the researcher studied the core technology of the design which includes the construction of Spring MVC based on Web application framework,the Mybatis framework based on Java persistence layer,the Activiti workflow based on ultra fast and ultra stable BPMN2.0 process engine,and the MariaDB database based on the open source Mysql branch.Finally,through the analysis of the demand of the system,the researcher designed a database mode to meet the requirements of data storage and extension,and built the data table in the database platform.Meanwhile,the researcher planned the business class design of the various functional modules of consumer protection platform specially,finished the application programming development tools to complete the system encoding implementation,wrote the test cases for the various functions of the platform,and successfully passed the test.At present,the consumer protection platform of Henan Province has been successfully deployed to the network machine,and achieved on-line conditions.The development of consumer protection platform of Henan province provides an information technology to enhance the efficiency of the consumer protection work,and reaches the design target.
