Distribution logistics is a significant component of the iron and steel mill overall logistics. The concept of distribution logistics for steel mill covers the vehicle entering, loading, leaving. For the enterprise which has huge delivery amount, merchandise with high density and busy logistics in the plant, the management of distribution logistic directly determines the effectiveness of operation. The distribution contains the workflow information among people and logistics information in material movement. The information transfer in traditional management of distribution logistics relies mainly on computer while makes paper record subsidiary. The departments in the enterprise realize the electronic operation, while information transfer outside enterprise depends on the paper record. Because paper record is easy altering and slow transferring, information flow always has not correct information and pause.To resolve the exited insufficient system, this paper designed all-purpose card software for managing distribution logistics based on the one large scale iron and steel enterprise and advanced managerial marketing experience of domestic enterprises. The function of this software includes vehicle management, transport plan management. For the information outside enterprise, it is transferred by the IC card. All information interaction is electronic, so it accelerates the transferring speed, prevents fake information and reduces mistakes.This paper gave a detailed demand analysis of distribution logistics manage system, built a data flow model, designed system technical framework and divide system functional module based on role of user. Converting logic of distribution logistics to ULM plan by 00D(Object-Oriented Design), it is convenient for developer to realize the system.The marketing part of all-purpose card employs mature iplate4c developed by Baosight Softeware Company of Shanghai. The front form is developed by Microsoft C#, Tuxdeo of BEA is used in middleware layer of the system and behind part utilizes Oracle database. The structure of whole software system is clearly demarcated, it is easy to maintain and extend. The integrating of system also uses Xcom and WebSevrvie as communication technique, so it is rapid and effective in interacting with outside system, such as ERP interact.
