The Application Research Of Things Technology In The Steel Corporations In Procurement Logistics Management

In steel corporations, Problems like extensive management, asymmetricinformation and hard to control arise from the logistics management mode oftraditional raw material purchase, which lead to inefficient transport and high cost. Inthe current severe economic situation, in order to maintain the market competitivenessof steel corporations, the research on information logistics management in steelcorporations has become one of the solutions to the problem.My research is based on two aspects, the logistics management mode of purchasein steel corporations and systematic platform-building programme. Besides, thelogistics management mode of purchase is carried out with the help of the Internet ofthings and JavaFx Technology. The details are as follows:1.We have designed a logistics information management mode of process driveand precess monitoring and replace paper-based program management with a set oflogistics RFID card, maps with electronic map, traditional manual management withcomputer information system by making innovations in traditional purchase logisticmanagement mode from the Internet of Things and supply chains mana gement. Thenlogistics chain management such as planning, forecasting, checking, checking in theplant, unloading as well as warehousing can be fulfilled.2. To make research on new technology JavaFX applications in steel corporationsin procurement logistics management system, proposed solutions based on iron andsteel enterprises in the Web development framework of JavaFX and J2EE multi-tierarchitecture procurement logistics management system, the use of JavaFX technologyto achieve bulk raw fuel handling, transportation, metering and storage and otheraspects of data collection and information management, to strengthen the managementand control of the steel mills of bulk raw material and fuel procurement logisticsprocess.3.Complete the the procurement logistics system requirements analysis, designand implementation, check on the line in a steel plant with stable operation.The logistics management mode of purchase in the steel corporations describedin the thesis achieve the refinement of bulk raw material and fuel procurementtransparency of information and management of the logistics process, improvelogistics efficiency and reduce logistics costs, which achieve the desired goal.
