So far,steal industry has entered the era of low profit.Profit mining in the field of production is hard as the space is very limited.Giant companies are on the way of exploring a new logistics management mode and using information tech to construct modern logistics from different angles.Although,China's steal logistics has developed rapidly in the past years,huge gap still remaining between modern steal logistics.In order to realize the logistics transport resources on road monitoring management and intelligent arrangement.It is very feasible by introducing BDS,GIS and database technology into the steal logistics management system.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper presents a system architecture model of steel logistics tracking by using the combination of a Remote Facade and a Domain Model in the BlazeDS communication framework.We can achieve the communication between background Java applications and foreground Flex applications by applying BlazeDS communication framework.However,a Remote Facade is a coarse-grained facade,which can provide a coarse-grained interface to adapt this telecommunications.When business is very complex and changeable,we need a Domain Model to deal the complex business logic.At this time,all the Remote Facade does is translate coarse-grained methods onto the underlying fine-grained objects.(2)Designing a model of map interface based on the satellite maps which is also suitable for steel logistics.The interface of map service builds a map application in a Flex / Flash project quickly by using Flash API to load Baidu map.In the developing project,citing the required SWC file,and realize the logistics map interface by the method of building a Flex project and a MXML module,invoking Flash API,and loading Baidu map.Finally achieves the logistic map interface,and provides security for completing the satellite tracking and track inquiry in the logistics system.(3)Based on the above works,presents a design scheme of research and implementation of logistics management system based on BDS/GIS for steel industry.This system uses a Beidou receiver to collect the location information,which can realize the logistics transport resources on road monitoring management.Through the GPRS/CDMA network channels for data communication and using GIS technology to display the information on the electronic map to the user,which can make the wholelogistics process information,transparency,and visualization.Finally,this system was successfully applied in a certain steel enterprise,and brought great profit to the enterprise.The system's design ideas and design patterns for the logistics system construction also have application value to other industries.
