Like that of other large trust service enterprises, the business transaction of Jingwei Trust is quite miscellaneous. Nowadays, as a result of the rapid development of the company, its existing application systems fail to cope with the rising business demand. And for this rationale, the decision is made to develop a new core business platform covering all business lifecycle managements of the company, including customer management, product management, project management, financial management, trust management, asset management, account management, risk management and other relevant modules. In the meanwhile, the modules of its core business platform can interface with the equity valuation system, transaction system, financial system, risk control system, OA system etc. to stir up real-time or fixed-time data interaction of great bulk. Thus, the demand of business transaction will be satisfied. So, in order to perform all the functions above, a powerful and efficient platform for data exchange is urgently needed by Jingwei Trust.This thesis first reveals the current situation of system integration of trust enterprises in general, and then it summarizes the main problems at present of system integration in Jingwei Trust. Afterwards, the necessity of constructing the enterprise service bus (ESB) is put forward and the basic concept and main technologies of ESB are introduced in brief. And with the development of the thesis, the main functions of the ESB as the system integration platform are further discussed and the core business process of the trust project construction is analyzed. Here, the architecture of ESB system of Jingwei Trust is given and the specific applications of the subsystems such as application system access, batch file transmission, flat text file parse and conversion are explained in detail. Great emphasizes are attached to the use of batch file transmission, flat text file parse and custom Web Services to achieve complex integration. In the final part of this thesis, the conclusion is reached smoothly and the prospect of the system is proposed rationally.
