At present, most of the domestic Healthcare Information System is based on C/S mode.C/S Software Develop mode is special, client needs to install the authorized and specified imaging processing software which has complex implement and configuration, do poorly in in the distribution and compatibility, is hard to maintain and manage. It is limited to Local Area Network, it has such poor expansibility and popularity that it cannot satisfy the requirement such as wide-area share, remote visual instruction and remote consultations. Building the remote and accessible system which is based on C/S mode has become a hot spot of technical research.The major objective of paper is to build a system which can be accessed through the internet to implement the remote share and access based on the health information integrated platform. The paper mainly included the followings:The DICOM3.0 standard content is described, the construction of DICOM medical files are analyzed, the solution for DICOM files parse and transmission are raised in accordance with DICOM Standard in the paper. Studying the WADO grammar, analyzing the WADO service detail, designing the general-purpose WADO service component which is based on the health information integrated platform. Implementing the remote share and access using JSP and Web Server, that is to say the system can get the DIOCM object, parse the WADO, read the medical text information and images. An image Cache store is designed and implemented to improve the speed of the WADO response from server; a medical image browser is design, implementing the image display and process, user can view the image through client.User can access the health information integrated platform through the web browser, it has the user-friendly interface, and is easy to use. the platform which implement the image scaling, moving, inverting colors, swirling transport the image to the Web browser efficiently. It can provide the suggest for the remote visual instruction and remote consultations. |
