30years ago, nobody could predict that the internet would become the major media.So who can deny the little microblog will be the most popular mainstream media afterseveral years?Today, the microblog has already become popular worldwide. Everyone playsmicroblog similar to the situation of QQ (a popular chatting tool in China). It’sembarrassed to announce your friend that you do not own a microblog account. It’s thethird media revolution after the invention of PC and Internet. In fact, every technologicalrevolution will have impact on the formation of our lives leading to various change.Therefore, microblog is continuously spreading with extraordinary speed and magicalcharm.The birth of Internet bring us into the era of fragmentation survival.As a new social communications platform, Microblog is changing the form andstructure of media, the direction of internet development and the way enterprises performtheir products marketing. It bring us into a more imaginative life..Micro-Bo is changing theworld or even everything!If2010is the first year of microblogging,2011should be " the first year of microblogmarketing ". Then, what’s the future of Microblog marketing?In order to investigate microblog’s historical development, present situation and futuredevelopment from the view of new media and advertising marketing, this articleconsidered the background of the Internet age, mass communication related theories andauther’s practical experiences in mainsteam media about automotive industry news.Microblog marketing will be clearly illustrated with numerous examples. This article hasbeen divided into four sections:The first chapter is about microblog developing history. Microblog will be newlydefined based on its birth or origin and foreign twitter. Meanwhile, referencing the masscommunication theory the features and functionalities of microblog as well as its futuredevelopment trend are interpreted. Then it is bravely proposed the view that micro-blogwill become the most important advertising and marketing platform in the future.The second chapter is about microblog marketing road. This chapter will detailedlyillustrate the advantages of microblog marketing and its achievements fromaspects-"micro-business opportunities,""micro-marketing","micro-brains" and"micro-advertising", and study its value of commercialization process. And hugesuccessful cases of microblog marketing is used to prove the idea that microblog marketingis a new revolution of marketing forms.The third chapter is about microblog marketing problems. Although certainachievements has been made by microblog marketing, there are still several problems interms of communication skills, profit model and platform technology. This chapter willpropose bold questions. Chapter four is microblog marketing strategy. This chapter is the main part of full text.From the aspects of marketing tips, profit-making points and microblogging ecologicalchain construction, corresponding countermeasures of microblog marketing problems arediscussed and propose solutions are given.The conclusion part will give full recognition of microblog marketing’s future.Theauthor has noticed that there are various microblog marketing conceptions around.However, there has not been any deep research about microblog marketing neither fromeducational circle or practise. Additionally, it lacks specialized microblog marketingtheories. The author wishes this article will contribute to the development of microblogmarketing and attract attention of educational circle.
