In recent years,food safety problem of multiple,food traceability also received more attention as an important method to solve the problem of food safety.The demand for food traceability is changing with the development of society.In the early days,people were concerned about the origin of food,and the related technology focused on the use of biological technology to detect the origin information,through the anti-counterfeiting technology to confirm the producer information,etc.With the development of mobile Internet,people want to know all kinds of information among food production and sales and the whole life cycle information traceability scheme can be divided into two types: centralized and distributed.Food circulation is numerous and nodes are scattered,if management the information with centralized way,it is not conducive to protect enterprises' information security;if management the information with distributed way,each link when using different encoding system identification to management information will cause the cross link information not interconnected and forming lots of information islands.In addition,food packaging changes in its' production and circulation will make a single food has many different trace identifications,resulting in the nesting of food packaging.In order to solve above problems,the following research will be carried out based on the Internet of things identification service:1.Aiming at the problem of the heterogeneous identity in the distributed traceability scheme,this study proposes a food traceability technology framework based on the Internet of things identification service.This architecture resolution all kinds of heterogeneous food identify by the identification platform,obtain all data access address among the food whole life,then query the resource and obtain food lifecycle traceability information.2.This section proposes a chain discovery service technology based on heterogeneous identification to solve the packaging nesting problem of food in the whole life cycle.Through the establishment of the mapping relationship between food identification and its nested identification,the mapping relationship between food identification and food traceability information query addresses,clear the way of food circulation information query and obtain the food lifecycle information.3.In order to meet the demand of the whole life cycle information traceability of imported commodities in Hunan Gaoqiao market,I have developed Hunan Gaoqiao market traceability system.The project uses food traceability solution based on IoT identification service which proposed in this study,based on the actual data of import commodity circulation,realized imported commoditys lifecycle traceability information query and verified the practicability of the scheme.The work of this research shows that the food traceability technology framework based on the Internet of things identification service can effectively deal with the problem of the large number of nodes in the process of food circulation,and the problem of identification heterogeneous.Design a chain discovery service algorithm,which can effectively solve the problem of food identification nested in the circulation of food,to achieve food life cycle traceability information.
