With the development of computer network technology and distance education,Web-based network of teaching and learning is the inevitable result of socialdevelopment. China Radio and Television University as the mainstream of moderndistance education in China is to build a learning society and lifelong educationsystem, the basic framework of the important elements. Allow students to have at anytime, any place learning, the platform of the assignments and examinations, the needsof the development of modern distance education. For TVU amateur students of myschool work, students of learning time requirements more flexible, in the learningprocess may be according to their need to change the progress of learning.This paper designs and realizes a able to meet the needs of the students of thenetwork learning and examination platform. The system is based on the B/S threelayer system structure, using C#+ASP.NET AJAX to design and development.The system can facilitate the teachers "teaching", students "learning",student-centered, teacher-led, interactive network teaching and learning environment.The system covers the learning, homework, examination of the whole teachingprocess, including user, teachers, administrators three users of the class, teachers,through the network of teaching, homework, examination management and correctingpapers; students, as long as there is a networked computer, can through the networklearning, homework assignments and exams, query results, not subject to time,geographical constraints; system administrators to manage users and maintenancesystem.This paper analyzes the actual system function demand, according to the actualneeds, design of system function module, and the realization of teacher managementmodule, module designed numerous public class, to reduce code redundancy. Thepaper analyzed the system data dependencies, specifically introduces the detaileddesign of the database. Implementation of database systems with a framework helpertype operation, commissioned by, reflection technology, the need to query results areautomatically converted into an example way back to the user, greatly improving theoperation efficiency.
