With the economic uninterrupted growth, the continuous progress of science andtechnology, China’s media industry has achieved a certain development. In today’sincreasingly globalized, foreign media giants are very positive about the Chinese marketand they are bound to split the Chinese market this season, but the competitive strengthof China’s media industry is still relatively weak, especially the single source of profitmodel, imbalance of the structural income, institutional shackles problems that restrictthe development of China’s media industry. With the increasing openness of the mediamarket and the fierce international competition, the survival and development of China’smedia industry has to face tough competition and challenges.Capital operation as a business tool to follow the market is an inevitablephenomenon of the media industry. It’s also gradually developed with the establishmentand improvement of China’s market economy. With the rise of the IT revolution, theupheaval of the market environment and a comprehensive reform of governmentregulation in a variety of modern means of capital operation, driven by the global mediaindustry, a series of major strategic transformation, the evolution of market boundariesfor the entire media industry and competitive landscape has undoubtedly entered a newera since the1990s. At the same time, the Chinese media industry is also undergoing theprocess of transition to an industrial economy. Therefore, the only way to significantlystrengthen and continuously improve the operations of capital, not only an importantway for China’s media industry to respond to new technologies and new marketconditions, competition and challenges, but also to adjust the allocation of resources inthe process of economic transition, restructuring and optimizing the industrial structure.This paper research on that question, it’s owned by the media industry in the newcontext and new development opportunities, would like to draw more scholars focus onthis issue, also can provide some theoretical support for modern media management andpractice.
