Remote data collection and transmission system is of great significance in the field ofindustrial control and monitoring. Traditional coal remote monitoring system relies on theEthernet or CAN bus technology to transfer data. With the increasing development ofcommunication technology, the original system can not meet various requirements, and lowerdesign costs, use the network more convenient and better communication quality3Gcommunication is the purpose of this research project.This study is based on TD-SCDMA, remote data collection and transmission system, andits host computer monitoring software system. Is the use of TD-SCDMA terminal module,data transmission and Internet access through the PS domain of CN to achieve bi-directionaldata transfer between the host computer software system of data collection terminal with themonitoring center.Existing Datang Mobile TD-SCDMA coal private network does not need to build newnetworks, and design and development of TD-SCDMA wireless data transmission terminal,by connecting the various mineral collection and transmission of sensor data.Communication status of the coal system, the use of TD-SCDMA technology to build theunderground wireless network. Experimental study of the underground the simulationroadway communication, indicating the reliability of the network traffic based on TD minebased on TD-SCDMA technology, wireless data collection terminal designed andimplemented on this basis. It has broad application prospects.
