Research On Data Collection System And Intelligent Instrument Remote Control Based On MC39i

With the fast development of global information social, today land-based and wireless monitor system and remote data transmission control system has become hot. Especially remote control and data transmission has great advantage in the field of industrial control. It can gather data in real time in a decentralized and perform an unattended installation and the poor conditions. There are many disadvantages in traditional remote data transmission such as line, high cost and high maintenance cost and so on. So wireless remote data transmission will replace it, which really achieves real-time monitoring. How to design low cost and the better quality of communication will become a study of hot spot.In this paper we compare the mobile communications technology CDMA,GSM,GPRS in data transmission technology and compare the three types of transport technology in the technical characteristics, data transmission speed, timely and technology in different angle, we choose GPRS as data transmission networks at last. We use MC39i module which is produced by Siemens Company to transmit and control in the form of wireless, replace the traditional way to data transmit on wire and improve the data transmission more efficiency, timely and reliably.In this paper we use MC39i module and MSP430 monolithic and select relevant hardware and complete the design of hardware circuit and software, design serial connection, various parts of the relevant test and debug for each module. The fact is that there is more advanced design depend on GPRS network and MC39i module:the low data delay, the high data transfer rates and reliability and so on, so there are good market prospects in the aspects of traffic surveillance, transport and mine oil exploration and a wide range of applications.
