| Safety production, which is the basic requirement of protects people's life and promotes society and economy development. However, along with the rapid development in national economy and promotion of automatic level in production, the occupational accidents in production are becoming more and more paroxysmal and destructive. Therefore, to prevent the occurrence of accidents in production and promote the level of safety supervision and management is more important.This article has analyzed the requirement of technology means for productive institution in safety supervision and management represented by the district of Chengyang and its inferiorities. A proposal is presented about building up a regional safety in production of supervision and management information system. The key technology in building up this system and their systematic integration has also been studied.1. The fundamental frame of regional safety in production of supervision and management information system has been designed in accordance with the requirement of technology means for productive institution in safety supervision and management from the part of practical application of productive institution in safety supervision and management from the district to its inferiorities.2. The safety in production of supervision and management information system has been constructed and according to the target of system design the system has been divided into five parts, such as production basic database sub-system, distribution management sub-system, classification supervision management sub-system, production synthesis supervision sub- system and production migration supervision sub-system. The structure and function as well as the key technology of these five sub-systems are studied respectively.3. The technology integration of the regional safety in production supervision and management information system was accomplished by using the computer, database, GIS, object-oriented programming, mobile computation and other technological means. The system brings about the multiple safety supervision management modes on the base of digitalization and visualization, such as real time supervision of basic information of corporation in the area under jurisdiction and supervision of distribution, classification, synthesizing and transposition over enterprise. These modes can help the safety production supervision and management organization to complete their work scientifically and effectively.The situation of actual processing over nearly a half year indicated that the design of this system is reasonable and the operation is reliable. The successful research of this system has provided powerful technological means for productive institution in safety supervision and management of the level of district and its inferiorities in realizing the mobile supervision of enterprise within the area under jurisdiction to fully prevent the safety misadventure. It also has great significance in improving the supervision and management level of safety in production and realizing informatization in safety management. |
