The Analysis And Design Of Technology Transfer Information System In Peking University

The university is an important part of the national innovation system; however,how to transfer technology is the key and effective way to reflect college’s servefunction and self-innovation. Peking University technology transfer service hasbeen carried out for nearly30years, it will serve the national economicconstruction by transfer Peking University’s scientific and technologicalachievements to the enterprises demand. This paper studies the work of the PekingUniversity technology transfer service functions, analysis and design technologytransfer information service system of Peking University to enhance promotion andconversion efficiency of building information service platform.This article describes the use of university technology transfer informationsystem B/S (Browser/Server) model design, in general can be divided into:financial information management module, contract management module, theexpert information database management module, the results of databasemanagement module, enterprise applications database maintenance module, anintegrated query module, maintenance module system personnel. Universitytechnology transfer system using JSP technology, web design and editing, and usingSQL Server2000database design.This paper describes in detail the development of university technology transferinformation system, the background and significance, system requirements, systemfunctional design, and system testing, and network and hardware environment forinformation systems to better achieve the full input, output； new data in thesystem, delete, modify, save and other functions to do basic theoretical support.Through needs analysis and technology comparison, Peking University technologytransfer information service system using B/S (Browser Server) architecture,combined with databases and web forms, build a practical, highly scalableinformation management systems.
