With the increasingly fierce market competition,the construction of the information is gradually deepening in various industries.On the one hand,people continue to build new applications or systems.On the other hand,they continue to improve existing applications under the ever-changing business needs.They also need heterogeneous other systems with different platforms,or different kinds of language.However, most of the traditional development methods has features such as low efficiency, high maintenance costs, and system integration difficult,and has the problem of tight coupling technology and business. Service-oriented Architecture is becoming the focus of the current IT industry,in order to enhance the ability of software systems,build and response rapid to business change,reuse the existing IT resources fully,achieve cross-platform data sharing and business collaboration.SOA defines service as a mechanism,on which the outside world access all of the features based.The emergence of SCA (Service Component Architecture) provide a programming specification for SOA.The subject of SCA specifications is that refer business function as a series of service components to provide,and use the method of this series of service components assembled to meet specific business needs.This paper takes Medical Insurance Information System as the background,combine the bottlenecks existing in traditional software,proposed the idea of Service-oriented Architecture.At the same time,this paper designed medical insurance information system design model based on the SOA reference model, which makes the system more efficient and easier to build applications,and has good scalability and compatibility,also solved the problem of heterogeneous and maintain difficult.Results in this paper include the following:First of all,this paper proposed Service-oriented Architecture solution, in order to solve a series of issues of the development of traditional Medical Insurance System which include low efficiency, system integration difficult,and so on. Use its loosely coupled, heterogeneous, dynamic, reconfigurable characteristics,to make applications easy to create,expand and heterogeneous.Secondly,on this basis, this paper studied the programming specifications of SCA,and designed Medical Insurance System with JAVA SCA technology,which is more appropriate current software.Proposed method of using SCA JSON-RPC Services and Web Services,to solve the issues of regional differences, complex business,ever-changing needs and difficult heterogeneous integration.Finally, in the base of these studies,combining the background and needs of the medical insurance system,this paper designed and implemented Medical Insurance Information System with JAVA SCA technology based on SOA architecture,which has the medical information management,medical account management,cost audit and other functions, in order to use Service Component technology to build SOA software which is coupled loosely and reusable with good portability,scalability,and compatibility,based on standards and specifications.
