Development Of Mis System Model Based On B / S System

MIS (Management Information System) is very imporant in management of corporations. With long developing, B/S (Brower/Server) and C/S (Client/Server) system of MIS has become important system in MIS. With developing of Internet/Intranet, B/S system will become the importantest system in MIS. But the developeing software has dropped behind the development of MIS.In order to solve the problem, we present a new MIS developing model named HXCDS (Html XML CGI Databse System). It is based on B/S architecture, monitoring on the Web, used XML to regulate user's data, and used CGI to connect client and server. The user can develop MIS on B/S architecture in brower by this model easily.The model bands the new technologies of Internet/Intrant and XML organically, and has the futures as follows: unite interface of monitoring one the Web, platform independence, conevenicence maintain, and so on.
