3D laser scanning technology is an advanced high-precision three-dimensionalscanning technology in the point cloud.It has becomed an important means of space dataacquisition,and has been caused more and more attention by people.Because of theurgent needs of the three-dimensional information space,it will have a more extensiveapplication in topography survey, industrial measurement,digital city, heritage digitizationand so on.Three-dmensional reconstruction theory and method of the laser point cloud datawill be very necessary.I have detailed descripted some point processing theory and algorithms by the pointwhich from terrestrial3D laser scanning equipment,and improved some typicalalgorithms.Practice has proved the feasibility and superiority of these algorithms whichinclude filter,multi-site data stitching,feature extraction algorithm and so on,and thecontour extraction with a focus on.I explored in depth the process of reconstruction of three-dimensional laserscanning,and researched the entire process which include data processing of field datacollection and within the industy through two instances of the three-dimensional laserscanning. The main target of this study is the post-data processing which includefiltering,multi-site data stitching,three-dimensional model polygon parcels,triangularnetwork processing,model repair works and feature extraction steps.
