Many objects in life are composed of regular curved surfaces,and the study of curved surface parameters is of great significance for judging model indicators.In the aviation field,riveting is a widely used connection method.When it comes to riveting,the role of the hole structure is self-evident,and it is necessary to check whether the hole is qualified during the connection process.At present,there are two types of hole size detection: contact type and non-contact type.The contact type measurement requires experienced workers to perform the detection.This is not only inefficient,but also has a certain impact on the measurement due to personal factors.In this paper,non-contact data collection is used,and post-processing of the collected data is performed to obtain measurement results,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the measurement.This paper designs a set of cone size detection system based on point cloud data.The specific work is as follows:(1)The importance of hole size detection in the aviation field is analyzed,and the current research status of the existing laser scanning measurement technology,point cloud data modeling technology,and hole size measurement technology at home and abroad is described.The overall collection platform and collection plan is designed.The structure platform of data collection has the characteristics of high precision and easy operation.(2)Regarding the processing of point cloud data,combined with theoretical research and data processing methods,the processing of the collected data is realized by denoising the point cloud data and combined with the least square method.The various possibilities of the collected data were analyzed and corresponding solutions were developed.First,when the laser scanning plane is not parallel to the upper surface of the plate,the coordinates need to be rotated and transformed.Secondly,it is also necessary to determine the angular relationship between the cone hole axis and the upper surface and the coordinate transformation under non-ideal conditions.Cone fitting and sectioning are performed on the obtained data to measure the target size of the parts.(3)The measurement result is compared with the measurement result using a higherprecision measuring instrument,and the measurement result under the partial cut angle is displayed.This paper analyzed the current situation of hole measurement in the aviation field,and designed a size detection platform and system based on point cloud data combined with data acquisition equipment to achieve the target size detection of the hole,and the measurement result meets the accuracy requirements.
