With the rapid development of computer science and technology and three-dimensional information acquisition technology,there are many ways to get the surface information of objects.The method of obtaining the data of surface point cloud by using 3D laser scanning technology plays a very important role in reverse engineering.Reverse engineering technology plays an irreplaceable role in the field of mechanical design and industrial engineering,and data acquisition technology,data processing technology and surface reconstruction technology is the core of reverse engineering in recent years.Data acquisition includes data accuracy analysis and data acquisition.Data processing includes data stitching,data noise reduction,data refinement and data export format.The research content of this paper is from the "Advanced Manufacturing Technology Institute of Henan University of Technology" project.Based on the real three-dimensional laser scanning point cloud data,this paper makes a concrete research and analysis on 3D laser scanning technology.First of all,understand the principles of three-dimensional laser scanner.Next,the factors influencing the accuracy of point cloud data,point cloud noise reduction technology,streamlining point cloud technology,export point cloud splicing technology and point cloud data,etc.Then,the paper puts forward the solution to the factors that affect the accuracy of point cloud data and method of improving point cloud data stitching.In a lot of practice,it is proved that the algorithm obtained from Matlab software is feasible and efficient.This paper briefly describes the principles of three-dimensional laser scanner,as well as several common algorithms of point cloud noise reduction technology and point cloud fine reduction.For the impact of point cloud data accuracy,the factors that affect the accuracy of point cloud data and the corresponding solutions are obtained from resolution in scanning,scanning quality,scanning identifier,objects,Focus3 D X 330,external environment and so on.For multi-view cloud stitching technology,Take the original point cloud data of real building as the research object.First,list the advantages and disadvantages of ICP algorithm.Furthermore,an improved ICP algorithm based on the target sphere is obtained.Identify and extract the target ball from the three-dimensional laser scanning point cloud data.From the three-dimensional information about target ball,calculate the center of the target ball and stitching roughly.And then stitching meticulously by using classic ICP algorithm.Finally,analyze the results from the operational efficiency and accuracy of point cloud data.
