CMCC as thelargest Chinese mobile communications operator provides varieties of businessservices. CMCC is always pursuing the appropriate bussiness model keeping pacewith the times to meet the individual needs of different consumers, such as thepopular microblogging platform.This article researches and reviews how to user web technologies to merge theSina microblogging open platform and CMCC service functional platform for sellingCMCC’s business service trough the Sina open platform. Based on the research, thispaper designed and implemented a manangement system for the CMMC to handlesome service with the Sina microblog open platform.The main contribution and effortof this article is as follow:1. Summarized the current research and application of domestic and internationalmicroblogging software. Discussed Sina microblog open platform, microbloggingapplication in third-party, authentication method and API in detail;2.
