Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, the popularity of the Internet caused a new information revolution and a industrial revolution, which has become an important engine of economic development. While was born, the internet of things is regarded as an extension of the application of internet. As the name suggests," the internet of things is defined as things connected to things in the Internet", it put all items or people with a network connection in a target environment, in order to achieve the purpose of control, identification and management. However, because of the Internet of things which is the recent popular product, there are some weak points, such as a standard system which has not yet been established, application fields which have not been cleared enough, the lack of research and development of core technologies, which has not brought significant practical significance and application in people’s standard of living. This paper aims to expand application in some aspects of the daily life by the Internet of things technology, and explore core technology about the Internet of things. Relying on the three-terminal frame technology: perception, server and application, this paper designs and implements this environment monitoring system of the IoT based on B / S architecture.Based on the systematic exposition of the concept of networking architecture, design principle and software and hardware platform, this paper has designed the controller and the background processing modules. Among them, the front page write a JSP language to achieve the main functions, such as user management, sensor management, collecting information display, control and so on. The controller has achieved the control to each functional module by adding classes Java EE through platform Java. The background processing has achieved the database design, and stored and managed collected data with database by adding appropriate classes. Through the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology, this system collects and displays real time temperature and humidity information, control the alarm buzzer and shows the function of topology of each sensor of the space in the front page.Implementation of this system allows each platform user to connect to the local server through the Internet, and performs some operations, such as real-time query, control of environmental parameters, management of user information, control the sensor nodes and so on. With the Internet technology development, this system will have much later development space.
