In recent years, Tianjin port expanded its business and scales , in order to making Tianjin port to be one of the most modern large-scale harbor, catching up with international port scale. After analysis and discussion, Tianjin port authority decided to start with a plan, has the step with ZTE Global open Trunking architecture system .This article introduces GoTa digital trunking system working principle and the network architecture, on the scene needs analysis, through field investigation, the GoTa system in Tianjin port construction planning and the development of networking scheme. Designing is to increase the number of base stations, adjusting the base station parameters to enhance network coverage, then to construct GoTa system, group setting, service test. In view of the GoTa system the problem happened in the actual use, through scientific analysis method to locate and solve the problems. After the switching network performance, to analysis test, the purpose of a test is to improve the quality of communication and network coverage, through the statistics of the test data, found out influence function quality reasons, according to the specific reasons for the system and the corresponding adjustment, so as to realize the optimization goal, enables the network to meet the current size of the best quality and performance. The results show that, based on the principle of GoTa system, is an achievable, the good performance of the digital trunking system.
