The Design And Realization Of The Data Aquisition And Mesurement Contrlol System Of Oil-hydraulic Test Bench On Plane

The data acquisition and measurement control system is an important part of the test bench for one basilic advanced training plane’s oil-hydraulic system. The data acquisition system and the portable measurement and control system are important constructions of the system. The data acquisition system is mainly used to measure 144 diversified signals in test items. The portable measurement and control system can measure all parts of the oil-hydraulic system individually, it can also do quick data acquisition to cooperate with the data acquisition system.The system supports accurate measurement, powerful real-time performance, strong expansibility and high stability. It is quite helpful to validate functions of the plane’s oil-hydraulic system, prove the security and reliability of components in each working state, and evaluate the ability of resisting malfunctions.This paper mainly discusses the design of the data acquisition and measurement control system based on analyzing the test requirements. The paper firstly introduces all parts of the system in brief, and provides the hardware structure and the designing points. The data acquisition system is composed with Two A/D boards of 16 channels and Four SCXI modules based on PXI bus frame. It satisfies the diverse sampling rates, and realizes the channel extending. The measurement control system is constructed by Andvantech cards based on PCI bus frame. It has analogue input and output, digital input and output channels. The data acquisition software is designed by the way of multithreading and memory map file programming. It divides the system into different modules, such as demarcating sensors, disposal saved data and setupping the channel attributes module. Then the paper mainly discusses the realizing of the data acquisition by andvantech cards and NI cards. To playback and deal with data file, a special software was designed, which can provide multiple kinds of methods to playback and deal with data, the paper discusses these methods in details.The paper researches and analyses the inaccurancy of the system at last. The performance of the data acquisition system has achieved the expected requirements. Now the system has been working in tests of the plane’s oil-hydraulic pressure system.
