Since entering the new era,the world has developed rapidly in multipolarization,information technology and globalization,and the exchange of various cultures and ideas has intensified.The development of higher education in China is facing a major challenge of how to improve the quality of talent training in an all-round way.The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities(referred to as "ideological and political course in colleges and universities ")is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of " building up people by virtue ",and undertakes to spread the basic principles of Marxism and socialist thought with Chinese characteristics to college students.Classroom teaching is the main channel to achieve teaching objectives.How to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political classroom teaching in colleges and universities is an important issue that colleges and universities need to solve,which needs to be deeply studied from many aspects.Establishing and perfecting the evaluation system of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities is the key to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses.Since the reform and opening up,the reform and research of classroom teaching evaluation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities have made great achievements,but there are also many problems.The main content of this paper consists of the following four parts.The first part mainly combs the development of the classroom teaching reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in China.Through the definition of relevant concepts,the elements of the evaluation system are concretely displayed,and its function and significance are expounded.Lay a good foundation for the further study of the following text.The second part analyzes the present situation of the evaluation system of ideological and political classroom teaching in colleges and universities through questionnaire and literature study,and probes into the causes of its existing problems.In the third part,the standards and principles of constructing and perfecting the evaluation system are studied,and the scientific nature and effectiveness of the system are analyzed.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and safeguard measures to solve the above related problems.
