| This study through empirical research explores the characteristics of the elementary school mathematics tutoring, the main reason for elementary school students to participate in the math tutoring and hidden problems, and puts forward corresponding Suggestions according to the private supplementary tutoring of primary mathematics subject.In this paper, by drawing on literature search it analysis of the concept of private tutoring, the cause of the phenomenon, and policy of private tutoring, and through interviews and questions to mathematics teachers, students and parents of Xinyang number one experimental primary school to investigate and study, so the conclusions are that:elementary school students to participate in the math tutoring is a common phenomenon; private supplementary tutoring can supply the different needs of students and parents; students can be height concerned in the environment of private math tutoring, students can be taught according to their aptitude; Tutoring for primary school students plays a role of guarantee personal safety in a certain extent. However, there are a few bad conditions, the responsibility of teachers is not enough, the contents of private supplementary tutoring are repeated, the forms of tutoring are boring and etc. Therefore, in this paper, based on the profound analysis of the rationalities and deficiencies of the exist of elementary school mathematics tutoring, it is proposed that the parents and students should choose math tutoring according to their own needs; the government should establish an effective evaluation mechanism, and strengthen supervision of tutoring agency; cram school should be regulated to improve the tutoring environment, responsible for the students and so on of related suggestions. |
