Study On The Process Of Social Work Intervention The Disability Services Under The Background Of Social Worker

Disability issues and phenomena has been a long period of time. The disabled is inevitable in the development of human society to pay for. From the date of the birth of mankind, the disabled is an indivisible part of the human. Because of its incomplete and external disturbance, the disabled has been in a weak social position, even with the families of them in a vulnerable position. Along with social progress and development of human civilization, disability issues had got concern from the government and ordinary normal. Helping the disabled to solve the education, rehabilitation, employment, economic problems, trying to make people live a normal life, is an important symbol of human civilization and social progress.Based on the H community of Shenzhen city as an example, this paper described in detail the process of social work intervention services for disabled. In the community, by carrying out professional casework, group work and community activities, the disabled got more social resources. Social work intervention services for the disabled, not only enhance their social ability, raise the happiness index of them and their families, but also improve the degree of civilization of the whole society. This paper emphasis on practical application of the method, and provide the basis for the social work.
