Research On Employment Of Persons With Disabilities Social Perspective

Abstract:With the development of city, more and more disable men go to city. Due to their body、limited Knowledge and so on, many the grass-roots work are chosen by them.And they have to face Poor working environment, low job stability, the existence of unemployment risk. The disable man plays a decisive role influence to China’s economic development, social stability, which is in need of professional social workers intervention and guidance. Based on the questionnaire survey and interview data, with the help of social work theory, discusses the influence of root of the employment of the disabled people. The interactive relationship between local government, enterprises found disabled employees, between the three has a great effect on the employment of the disabled.
