With the deepening of teacher professional development andcurriculum reform, teacher quality issues by the general concern ofthe community, to improve the quality of primary and secondaryschool teachers is the most important education reform, normalstudents is the reserve force of teachers, want to fundamentallyimprove the quality of teachers, it is necessary from the NormalStudents grabbed. The Normal College Health professionaldevelopment of teachers is an important stage of the prifessionaldevelopment of teachers, teacher students professionaldevelopment in this stage have an immeasurable impact on thequality of teachers.In this paper, a method of combination of quwstionnaires andinterviews, questionnaire data into analyzed by SPSS analysis tools,in order to understand the quality status of the Normal SchoolStudents. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is anintroducation, including the study of the origin, background,purpose and significance of the study, the study design, literature review and significance of the study, the study design, literaturereview and definition. The second part is the Normal Students’Professional Quality Structure of survey design, including thedesign of the questionnaire and interview design; part threeAnalysis of Normal Students’ Professional quality structure,including the Quality Structure of Normal School Students, TeacherStudents advantages Normal College Studentslack of normalschool students structure stocktaking; The fourth part of thereasons for the lack of normal school students, including trainingmodel of teacher education reform imolementation is not in place,the old teacher education courses,lack of education practice base,normal students do not attach importance to teaching theoreticalstudy, the dingle form of education and teaching practice, neglecteducation Trainee and the education internship mere formalityseven; fifth part is to improve the quality of the Normal Studentscountermeasures, including professional ethics education,strengthen Normal Students to update educational philosophy andstrengthen the teaching practical ability.In this paper, the Normal College Students’ questionnaire,primary and secondary school teachers’ questionnaires and NormalSchool Teachers questionnaire analyzed the current situation,strengths and weaknesses of the education for students in thethree aspects of professional identity, knowledge structure andability structure, find affect the normal school students constitutereason and given suggestions to improve the professional quality ofthe Normal Students and Countermeasures.
