Normal University and Continuing education are facing new problems of the students development in the teacher education system. They are the main components of professional quality and emphasis on professional development. Humanities quality of teachers is distinguishes between Normal University and other colleges. It is seriously neglected, needed to be strengthened. Humanities quality include: The interest, the talent, professional, the sacrificing spirit, responsibility to pursue the ideal of educating.Then, establish the combining of pre-training and post innovative teaching. Educational theory should be communicate with the practice. It can improve the teacher professional quality effectively.Normal University should be strengthen the spirit of Teachers Education. Training to promote education wisdom, construct the philosophy of education. At the same time, teacher training continue to absorb new ideas and new educational concept. In adapts to the occupation and active create a personal philosophy and style of education, in order to better guide the educational practice.
