Abstract/Summary:
With the reform and development of basic education,the requirements of the times for teachers’ quality of normal students are higher and higher.Therefore,it is not only the practical need of the development of basic education,but also the meaning of the connotative development in normal universities,and the inevitable choice to improve the quality of teacher education.In the early days of the founding of new China,the training quality of normal students in secondary normal schools has been generally praised and recognized by the society,especially for the purpose of cultivating primary school teachers.The "secondary normal schools" in Sichuan Province are relatively prosperous,and they are typical regional representatives of secondary normal education in the early days of the founding of new China.This paper takes the education of teachers’ Quality Cultivation of normal students since the founding of new China as the research object,discusses the historical changes and characteristics of the education of teachers’ Quality Cultivation of secondary normal schools in Sichuan Province in different historical periods from the three dimensions of the goal,content and approach of the education,and tries to provide reference for the reform of the education of teachers’ Quality Cultivation of normal students in normal universities It can be used for reference.Based on the collection of detailed historical data,this study comprehensively uses the methods of literature research and historical research to sort out the historical facts of the goal,content and approach of the cultivation education of teachers’ literacy of normal school students in Sichuan Province since the founding of new China,and summarizes its characteristics,so as to explore the characteristics of teachers’ literacy cultivation education of normal school students in Sichuan Province since the founding of new China In order to provide useful thinking and Enlightenment for the reform of normal education in China,the paper puts forward the law of quality cultivation education.The main body of this study is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reason of the topic selection,research significance,research status,definition of core concepts and research methods.In the second part,according to the classification of the elements of the system,the objectives,contents and approaches of the teacher literacy cultivation education of normal school students in different historical periods are carefully sorted out and deeply analyzed,so as to achieve a deep grasp of the historical changes of the teacher literacy cultivation education of normal school students.In the third part,based on the analysis of the objectives,contents and approaches of the cultivation education of teachers’ quality for normal students since the founding of new China,the characteristics of the cultivation education of teachers’ quality for normal students have been adhering to the socialist ideology,but the requirements of the objectives are higher and higher,and the contents of the objectives are richer and richer.The content reflects the characteristics of comprehensiveness and applicability.In the way,it reflects the characteristics of high efficiency,normal and practical.At the same time,through the analysis of the cultivation education of normal students’ teachers’ quality in different historical periods,It is proposed that the reform of normal education in normal universities should pay attention to the cultivation of professional emotion throughout the whole process;The construction of knowledge structure of general practice literacy;Normal education skill training;The cultivation of persistent behavior norms.
