With rapid development of Web2.0technology and lifelong education concept, informal learning as a part of lifelong learning that more and more researchers pay attention to is the current hot spots. With the same time, the environment of Web2.0provides a good support for informal learning, provides a convenient for learners through Internet to learn informally. Whether teachers are able to effectively carry out informal learning, will directly affect teachers’ own professional quality.This thesis is based on the ability of teachers’ informal learning to research, and supported by theoretical background of the theory of lifelong learning, knowledge management, situational cognition and social constructivism. Through the method of researching document to understand the situation of the research of informal learning at home and abroad, know well the current situation and prepare for constructing the pattern. Through the questionnaire of informal learning of secondary school teachers based on Web2.0, the article analyzes the major attitude of teachers, existed problems, factors affecting teachers’ informal learning, on the basis of these puts forward a viable internal and external strategies. Based on learning theory and the current situation of secondary school teachers of informally learning in the environment of Web2.0, the thesis builds a pattern in order to help teachers to master methods and ways of effective learning and improve the capacity of teachers grasping knowledge, enhance information literacy in network and professional development of teachers, lay the foundation for lifelong learning.
