with the deepening of the concept of lifelong learning, informal learning hasgained more and more attention, the network information age is widely concerned inthe application of social software, informal learning of primary and secondary schoolteachers how to effectively develop and become one of the hot research. This papermainly discusses the social software in the environment of primary and secondaryschool teachers to carry out informal learning activities, the process of informallearning has many problems in the learning effect have not been given full play inunder the social software environment of primary and secondary school teachers, thispaper analyze the informal learning circumstances for the use of social softwareteachers in primary and middle schools, aiming at the problems found to givepractical solutions. Based on the investigation of the implementation process, usingthe method of questionnaire combined with interviews and case analysis, to analyzethe use of social software for primary and secondary school teachers as well asspecific development situation of informal learning environment under the socialsoftware, found on the body of the needle for improving the application strategy ofinformal learning effect social software based on primary and middle school teachers.Study theory of primary and secondary school teachers in basic mode of socialsoftware development based on informal learning activities, ability to acquireeffective information from the given to teachers to improve social softwareapplication of informal learning help, improve the self learning, promote the primaryand secondary school teachers’ professional development, for lifelong learning and laya solid foundation, to promote the development of teachers population and education.In this paper, the concept and characteristics of content, social software andinformal learning and its theoretical basis, the current research on social software andinformal learning applications at home and abroad, analysis of the status quo, as wellas the current information era teacher occupation development of informal learningneeds as the basic theory, questionnaire survey for the teachers to carry out the informal learning in social software environment condition as the main research point,on the basis of the questionnaires provides summary data analysis of primary andsecondary school teachers in the course of conduct problems of informal learning,find its root, summarizes the problems and obstacles in the informal learning.Combined with the analysis of all group case, to explore the development of informallearning of primary and secondary school teachers and the general pattern of theexisting problems, and puts forward corresponding strategies, optimize thedevelopment of informal learning in social software under the environment of primaryand secondary school teachers way.
