As an important component of lifelong learning, informal learning becomes one of the hot topics in current study and research.Both the development of network technology and the innovation of modern educational technology provide good supports to the informal learning. Especially when the internet develops from web1.0 era to the web2.0 era, the spring up of social software which represented by Blog, RSS, Tag, SNS and Wiki, has greatly lowered the threshold of learning through the network, and has provided great convenience for learners'informal learning through the web2.0 environment. According to a investigation, I found the current situation of informal learning in web2.0 environment is not optimistic, therefore how to carry out informal learning better in web2.0 environment has become the original intention of this paper.Based on analysis and research on the current situation, the paper put forward strategies of informal learning in the way of questionnaire and interview. It builds a general pattern of informal learning with instruction of learning theory in order to help learners better master methods of informal learning in web2.0 environment, improve their ability in taking advantage of knowledge and make a good foundation for lifelong learning.Firstly, the paper presents the relevant concepts of the informal learning and the web2.0 as well as foundation of learning theory. On the basis of the investigation and analysis about informal learning in web2.0 environment, aiming at the existed problems it puts forward the external and internal learning strategies. It puts forward the general pattern of informal learning in web2.0 environment with instruction by theory of Life-long Learning, Knowledge Management, Social Constructivist and Situational Cognitive Learning, combining implication of informal learning and concept of web2.0 and on the basis of definition of learner, supporting elements and constructing thought. In the following, it carrys out case design, evaluation and conclusion aiming to the pattern. At last in the summary, it proposes the problems for further study and improvement.
