Finally, the state student loan system’s suggestions have been proposed by combined with the analysis of national student loans problem and international comparative analysis. For example, the government should establish a national student loan management act. The banks should expand the national student loan business. The school should publicize this policy and strengthen the integrity of the education of students. The school also should strive to become a bridge between the bank and the students. Students can eliminate the psychological pressure to uphold the integrity and so on. In short, the government, banks, universities, students should take responsibility, work together to smooth development of the Student Loan.
