Research On The Problems And The Countermeasures Of National Student Loan Management

National Student Loan is the important part of Financial Aid System for college students. It has the irreplaceable effect on assuring the rights of education and promoting education-equity. In china, since the policy has carried out, it has assisted thousands of the poor students with studies. As the implement of this policy and the increasing of the repayment deadline, many problems of National Student Loan come out, especially the after loan management. In order to insure the development of the policy, after loan management must be improved.Based on the previous research, the paper uses the methods of interview and comparison to research the problems. From the perspective of college management, the paper analyses the reasons and puts forward some advices. The paper is composed of four parts.The first chapter is the introduction. By sorting out the domestic and foreign researches, the paper fixes its contents, significance and methods.The second chapter is the present situation of National Student Loan. It mainly introduces the characteristics, significance, implement and development of National Student Loan. It also introduces the characteristics and structure of after loan management with the writer’s own working experience.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems and causes of the management of National Student Loan.The last chapter is the advices on promoting the effectiveness of National Student Loan. By analyzing the student loan in America and the National Student Loan in Henan province, the paper puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of college management.
