Research On Default Management Of State Student Loan In Colleges And Universities

Since the implementation of the national student loan in 1999,it has helped tens of millions of impoverished college students to complete their studies,and became the main way to help impoverished college students complete their studies in China.With the enlargement of the implementation scope of the student loan policy and the arrival of a large number of loan repayment periods,the problems in the current national student loan policy continue to emerge,especially the problems of post-loan management.From the current practice of student loan management,it is difficult to recover student loan and high default rate,which has become a major obstacle to the rapid development of national student loan in China.Since universities often bear the main responsibility for the post-loan management of student loans,how to strengthen the post-loan default management of student loans has become a hot issue of concern to colleges and universities.Since the implementation of the National Student Loan for H Universities in Guangdong Province,great achievements have been made in aiding poor students and realizing educational equity.However,there are many problems in the post-loan management,which not only brings greater financial and management pressure to the school,but also restricts the work of student loan for H Universities to a certain extent.Develop initiative.In view of this,this paper takes H University in Guangdong Province as a case study,through the application of literature review,interview and other theoretical methods and tools,trying to find ways to improve the efficiency of post-loan management of student loans.Firstly,through the collection and collation of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper refines the research ideas and methods of the full text,and from the perspective of stakeholders,it analyses the role of government,banks,universities and students in the management of breach of contract after national student loans,thus forming the theoretical framework of this paper;secondly,it focuses on the introduction.This paper introduces the general situation of the student loan of H University in Guangdong Province,and understands the work done in the past few years in the management of the national student loan of H University in Guangdong Province,and collects the deficiencies in the implementation process of the default management of the national student loan of H University in Guangdong Province by means of interview and analysis.Finally,it draws lessons from the management of the student loan of developed countries abroad.Based on the experience,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement measures from the perspective of government,banks and universities,so as to realize the healthy and sustainable development of student loans in H universities in Guangdong Province from multiple perspectives and levels by means of multi-linkages,and at the same time to provide valuable reference for other domestic colleges and universities.
