The theme of this paper is the rural left-behind children’s education, the author tries to onthe basis of previous research, in education, sociology, psychology and so on the basis of thesurvey of Mudanjiang rural left-behind children, growth status. According to data on ruralleft-behind children’s influencing factor to undertake an analysis, discuss how to help theleft-behind children to walk out of predicament, healthy development.Rural left-behind children this issue has attracted attention for many years, but the empiricalstudy is focused on the description of the phenomenon. Therefore, based on a large samplesurvey of the rural left-behind children in empirical research, to make up for the inadequacy ofexisting theories and perfect, has a high theoretical significance.With the70s groups of young people in rural areas continue to mature and80s continue togrow up, In rural “The Tide of Migrant Laborers” become more and more fierce. In addition tolead to the social management increasing difficulty, the problem of children remaining in ruralareas gradually surface. For a long time, China’s urban-rural dual structure system become thebiggest obstacle to solve the "three dimensional rural issues" and the education issues of childrenremaining in rural areas. Although many migrant workers have made outstanding contributionsto urban construction, but they cannot enjoy the treatment like urban. Urban-rural dual structuremake the migrant workers cannot take care of their children for a long time and cannot afford theexpensive costs for children enrolled in the school, if their children study in poor condition, theycannot solve the problems of the entrance examination. With these institutional factors, they canonly keep children stay in rural areas and let others take care of them, At last this situationformed the parents and children separate in two places, a new vulnerable groups is childrenremaining. Therefore, to study the problem of children remaining in rural areas can help thesociety have a deep understanding of the children remaining and good to government introducedpolicies to support the children remaining to provide a reference theory. It has an importantpractical significance to promote the development of children remaining in rural.The author through literature reading, from Heilongjiang province Mudanjiang city countyleft-behind children’s life, study, psychological and other aspects of left-behind children, andparents, guardians, schools, community, social relationships and interactions. This paper mainlyadopts questionnaire investigation, typical case investigation, the left-behind children in thecountryside were discussed, the left-behind children in rural development in the education ofdetailed analysis, to clarify the current existing problems, put forward the feasible suggestionsand countermeasures. Interpretation of improving County left-behind children livingenvironment, so that they can physically be able to grow up healthy, harmonious and happyservice Mudanjiang city construction, advance Mudanjiang city to span the development.
