Hundred years plan,education is the foundation,strong country must first strong education.Speaking of the Chinese dream,xi said the Chinese people should "share the opportunity to make a difference in life and the opportunity to make their dreams come true." Education dream is the foundation of the Chinese dream.Education is indispensable for the success of life and the realization of dreams.Education becomes a talented person and finally realizes its dream,which is also the expectation of every Chinese."The Chinese dream is ultimately the dream of the people.We must rely on the people to realize it and continue to bring benefits to the people." Based on the current,looking to the future,in order to realize the establishment of the communist party of China led the people of the whole country "one hundred" two goals and the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,education will play to the role of the basic,guiding,overall,basically realize modernization of education,let every child can be useful.Rural left-behind children live in rural areas with backward economy and lack of culture.There are many problems in their acceptance of education.Schools and families do not pay enough attention to left-behind children,the quality and stability of teachers in rural schools need to be improved,and the number and stability of students need to be stabilized.One of the biggest problems is that the number of students and the lack of stability,namely the school-age children drop out of school or transfer in the compulsory education phase,cause a decline in the rural school students,to sustainable education teaching activities.The reason why students drop out mainly family economic pressure is big,need to labor the tuition and fees of students go out to earn or cannot afford to go to school,parents thought idea behind at the same time,for the next generation of education is not enough attention,caused part of the left-behind children lack of family education,combined with the study in rural schools,left-behind children number is more,the individual can't get the corresponding care,finally in rural poor cultural atmosphere under the erosion of dropping out of school.Therefore,in combination with the government's education poverty alleviation policy,the author proposes solutions to the existing problems of left-behind children from the aspects of government,school and family.On solve the problem,the government is the leadership,to carry out the education policy for poverty alleviation,implement fiscal measures,introducing labor industry,increase the teachers' training,improve teachers' treatment,establish and improve the compulsory education school teachers and principals flow mechanism;School is a bridge to improve ideological understanding,follow education rules,increase legal publicity,optimize school security,and simplify two-way communication between schools and teachers.Family is the core.Parents should arrange their children's life before going out,strengthen regular communication between parents and children,and make the children develop a correct attitude towards left-behind life.
