With the rapid development of science and technology as well as the quickeningglobalization of knowledge economy, the society evaluate talents by their comprehensivequality,such as the knowledge of science and culture,the professional skilled level,healthypsychology, moral quality.In the process of depeening education reformand promotingquality-oriented education, vocational education becomes an important part in our educationsystem, whose innovation of moral education is an important task in the improvement ofcomprehensive education quality. Vocational school students ages generally low, poorcognitive ability, moral education is more important key significance.Human-based Moral Education is to wholely carry out the“People First”thought.Thestarting point is human and the falling point is human. Protecting human rights, respectingcharacters and perfecting personalities is the return to the origin. Throughout the moraleducation and permeate all aspects of teaching, strengthen and improve ideological and moralconstruction of minors and students in the ideological and political education to help studentsdevelop the right career outlook, entrepreneurial outlook, the students good ideological andpolitical quality, the quality of professional skillsand professional ethics.The main subject of the "people of the moral education" conceived and implementedfrom four aspects.The first chapter, Introduction.The background and significance of the topics raised byrelated research status of vocational schools in the implementation of the research content andgoals of the need for "Moral Education" and topics.Chapter II in vocational schools "people of the moral education of meaning andtheoretical basis.
