With the social development, experiential learning model, which has been established as asystem in the mode of learning by doing, has become a window for China’s innovativeeducation and quality education. It’s very helpful for the physical education, moral education,growth education and life education. It’s also one of the most fruitful educational managementmodes for school moral education. This kind of management is endowed with suchcharacteristics like a strong subjectivity, internality and operability. It’s an effective measure,which shows the mechanism of action of moral education, to combine school moral educationwith the students’ personal situation. Connecting the academic research with some practices,the author analyses the forms and effectiveness of the moral educational mode during themoral educational work in secondary vocational school. After the analysis and discussion onthe concrete cases, the author has gradually managed the concrete modes for establishment ofmoral-experiencing activity, which is a positive impetus of moral educational work insecondary vocational school.The thesis starts in terms of the learners and analyzes the experience study, which isdeemed as an advanced educational idea, and proclaims its internal contents, characters, basisof theory as well as the contemporary research situation. Based on the actual condition, thethesis analyzes the the degree of influence on the experience study in secondary vocationalschool. The author applies the method of questionnaire to analyze the current managementsituation on the aspects of classroom-teaching, moral education demand, psychological healtheducation, students career plan, the teaching of career plan. Then the author analyzedexperiential learning mode through cases in the following: aspects testees’ basic situation,viewpoints of pre-training and post-training, effects of extension training, relationshipbetween extension training and moral education and problems in extension training.Through the study of the empirical analysis of moral education experiential curriculummanagement in Weifang Health School, it proves that experiential learning can make moraleducation return to life. It can play an important role in realization of secondary professionand moral education plan, implementation of teaching contents, restoration of the educatedpeople’s main position and a harmonious teacher–student relationship.At the same time, with the study of the educated students’ psychology, different purposes and contents are provided for different classes of morality education experiential learning.Creating moral education atmosphere is key to experiential learning, especially encouragingan individual by a team, to make sure that moral education work will be of high effect. |
