As an organic part of the construction of modern vocational education system,the project of “3+4” modern has been paid much attention by the government,enterprises and academic circles.As a new mode of vocational education,it still has many problems and needs to be improved.The secondary vocational stage,as the beginning and foundation of "3+4" through-train project,is still shot of enough attention.Tourism management major participated in the "3+4" through-train project earlier.With the rapid development of tourism industry in China,the construction of tourism talents has lagged behind the market demand.It has become an important subject of domestic tourism vocational education to realize the comprehensive training of tourism vocational education and higher education and to realize the supply of high-quality talents.Based on modern vocational education system reform and the complicated background of tourism talents demand,focusing on the stage of secondary vocational training scheme in "3+4" project of Jiangsu province.On the basis of related research literature and policy documents analysis,take tourism major in W school in Jiangsu province as an example,using a structured questionnaire and unstructured interview method of combining the obtain first-hand data and empirical analysis,found the "3+4" project in W school is still in the secondary and undergraduate course of simple superposition connection state;The training process has not yet been connected with the real market demand;Most of the relevant subjects hold a wait-and-see attitude towards the implementation of pilot projects.The fairness and scientificity of the transformation assessment scheme are defective.Combining the need for policy guidance for the construction of modern vocational education system in Jiangsu province and the actual situation,on the basis of the concept of engineering education,this article around the professional skilled personnel training target,put forward the W school "3+4" project optimization framework,implement path and safeguard measures,for the modern vocational education system construction of the follow-up work provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction,mainly introduces the research background,research significance of selected topic,the related research at home and abroad were reviewed and carding and comparison,a clear research direction,the definition of "3+4" well through-train project mode,secondary vocational education and the talent training scheme and other related concepts,through interpretation of OBE engineering education mode,and the theory of lifelong education,system building theoretical basis,to determine the research object,research contents,research methods and technical routes;The second part is the analysis of the current situation of the "3+4" project in W School,which mainly introduces and analyzes the policies and regulations of the "3+4" comprehensive training pilot project in Jiangsu Province,the education situation of the tourism management major in W School,as well as the current situation of "3+4" comprehensive training program in W School.The third part is an empirical analysis of the implementation effect of the "3+4" through-train project in W School.Based on the formulation of the survey plan and the acquisition of data types,the empirical research is carried out on the students,teachers and enterprise managers who participate in the "3+4" project of the tourism management major in W school,and the existing problems are clarified.The fourth part is the suggestions for the optimization of the training program.Based on the relevant basic theories and engineering education concepts,it puts forward the framework,implementation path and safeguard measures for the optimization of the "3+4" project for the tourism management major in W school.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,which mainly summarizes the research content of this paper,summarizes the main research conclusions of this paper,and puts forward the prospect for the next step of the research.
