The new period, the younger generation of thought presented a moral orientation ofdiversified, ideas, political direction have compatibility with fuzzy characteristics, thesecharacteristics reflect the comprehensive effect of social politics, economy, culture, education.The school moral education workers to academic armed head, on the ideological and politicalwork with Comrade Deng Xiaoping transformation of the concept of modern moral education,establish the scientific concept of moral education, should conditions, ideological andpolitical ideas of research in the new era, the strategic positioning of the moral education,moral education network construction of full range of school and society, the formation ofmoral education social force.This article is intended to mining and improvement strategy through the analysis ofcarding, problems of moral education research present situation, strengthen the study of thetheoretical basis of the effectiveness of moral education of shouguang middle school. Andthrough the investigation and Analysis on the current status of middle school moral educationin Shouguang, powerful data, a large number of facts and provides the basis for the educationadministrative departments of the decision; to provide reference for school moral educationmanagement; to improve the secondary school moral education effectiveness to findcountermeasures, so as to explore the effective means and methods to strengthen andinnovation in school moral education.This paper thinks that moral education fully reflects the student’s voluntary, rather thanforcing them to have arranged, planning a good program to do. Therefore, the subjectivity ofstudents get maximum embodiment, the contents of the work of the students to choose theirown, and the specific requirements of activities arranged by the students themselves, activityof the material also by the students themselves to collect. Moral education is the key tosuccess is to look at the number of student participation and participation enthusiasm, thework of moral education is the key to enrich the form and content to attract students toparticipate, in a bold attempt to activities, self experience, self evaluation, self education. Theteaching of moral education are more likely to deepen students’ understanding of theprinciples of morality, strengthen the moral beliefs, to form the moral emotion and moral choice, judgment ability. In the design of moral education, emphasize embarks from student’sneeds and interests, give full play to students’ initiative and autonomy, promote thedevelopment of students’ moral choice and judgment. Through the exchange interactionbetween the inside and outside and play a positive and effective educational effect, so as toimprove the effectiveness of moral education.
