Under the full attention of Chinese Party Central Committee and the administrative authoritiesin charge of education at all levels, secondary vocational education have developed rapidly.Moraleducational work of secondary vocational schools, which has obtained the good achievement, istending towards scientification standardization and systematization and has accumulated manyexperiences. Especially since2004. Some Proposals On Further Strengthening and Improving theIdeological and Moral Construction Of Young Person has been promulgated by Chinese PartyCentral Committee and the State Council and The Outline Of Moral Education has been designedby the Ministry of Education. These papers have been the guide of action and important program ofdirecting and supervising the moral educational work of secondary vocational schools. At the sametime, we can see that the moral educational work of secondary vocational schools has many weaklinks, posing severe challenges to the actual effect of moral educational work under theunprecedented changes of society. There are many problems in the moral educational work ofsecondary vocational schools such as the out-of-date ideas of the moral educational work; theoutmoded content of the moral educational work; the simple method of the moral educational work;the faultiness of system; lack of professional team building and so on. If we cannot promote theactual effect of moral educational work of secondary vocational schools,teach the students invocational schools in accordance with their special characteristics and give correct ideological andpolitical guidance to them, we will cause damage to the aim of talents cultivation of vocationaleducation and harm all–round development, physically and mentally healthy of the students atvocational school. It will make the vocational school be the place where the incompetent youngpeople stay. So how to exert the leading status of students and promote the actual effect of moraleducational work is a subject awaiting solution that many moral educational workers of secondaryvocational schools face.The present thesis aims mainly at studying present situation, problems of moral educationalwork of secondary vocational schools and analyzes the cause to explore the methods and strategiesof Innovations of moral educational work of secondary vocational schools. Under the backgroundof practical experience of moral educational work of secondary vocational schools, the thesissummarizes moral educational work of secondary vocational schools roundly and analyze theexistent problems and the challenges of moral educational work of secondary vocational schoolscarefully under the new situation.It analyze the existent problems and the causes in moraleducational work at length, on the basis of it, the article raises some practical and valuable strategies on how to improve the moral educational work of secondary vocational schools. It aims atimproving and innovating the moral educational work of secondary vocational schools,enhancingthe actual effect and attraction of moral educational work and helping all–round development ofthe students of vocational schools.The paper falls into five sections: Part one is an introduction, it introduces the researchbackground, the significance and the way of research and the innovation. The second partoverviews the vocational education in China. It introduces the present situation and development ofsecondary vocational education. Part three introduces the moral educational work of secondaryvocational schools and some question relating to it. Part four states existing problems in the moraleducational work of secondary vocational schools from two aspects that are subjective andobjective and analyzes the causes thoroughly. The fifth part raises a set of pointed strategies on howto strengthen and improve the moral educational work of secondary vocational schools, this part isthe focus of this paper. By practicing in the moral educational wok, the writer put forward somenew views from five aspects: forming the idea of taking the human as fundamentality, scientificevaluating to promote students’ all round development, enriching the contents of the moraleducational wok of secondary vocational schools,strengthening and promoting the teachingmethods of curriculum of moral education at the secondary vocational schools and building up theranks of teachers of the moral educational wok at the secondary vocational schools.
